Printable Robot Paper Craft Template for Kids – Easy to make!
Here’s a fun Valentine’s Day craft for kids – a paper robot with heart shapes! Use our printable robot template with kids to create their own fun paper robots.
Not only is this cute or Valentine’s Day, it can be made year round with or without the heart shapes. Instead of a heart, kids could draw on robot parts such as little squares, rectangles, buttons, knobs, mini tv screens and so on. Another idea is to write on a small rectangular paper which can then be glued to the robots belly. The writing could be about a prompt you give them or even just their name.

There are 2 versions inside a zipped folder, one labeled with Multi and the other labeled with Single.
The one labeled multi has color suggestions written on each page as to what color to print the page on to make it look like ours. It has multiple set on eyes with ‘Print on white’ as an example. This set is best for use with larger groups. Otherwise you can print everything on white paper and use the same way as the single.
To make enough for 10 colored robots, print the below pages as follows:
- TOU – print once or skip
- Print 10 times
- Print 10 times
- Print 10 times
- Print once
- Print 3 times
The PDF labeled single can be printed on heavier paper (best – regular paper is fine too) and then cut out. Use these robot part cutouts as a template for kids to trace onto construction paper or cardstock.
Once finished cutting out, glue all the robot parts together. Use out robot as a guide if needed.
