Last year, my son loved the Snow Sensory Sled that I created for him so I made him a similar one again this year. We live in an area where it rarely snows, making it an extra fun activity for him (although it did snow since we did this activity!). Like last year, I put shaving cream in his sled and gave him a toy shovel. This year, I put all his miniature penguins inside for him to find. Most of the penguins are from a game. In his own words, he thought this was “So fun, Momma”…. lol! When he was finished playing in the shaving cream snow, I gave him a bowl of water to rinse his penguins in.
What a fun way to experience winter play!
I love the way your reused the sled and made in a sensory bin!
Ahh, the endless fun of shaving cream! I just wanted to tell you how fun you site is! I'm always looking for fun kids' crafts. And here are so many in one place! Thank-you, thank-you!
I love the sled idea! And I must say you’re brave to use shaving cream in a room with a rug! lol!
