Instructions:
Flip the paper plate upside down. Cut a heart shape from construction paper that is the same width as the plate. Glue it on upside down near the bottom of the plate. This creates the puppy’s snout.
Cut a heart shape for the eye patch and glue just above the snout, off to one side. Add jumbo googly eyes. Cut a heart shaped nose and glue to the top of the snout.
Make two long, skinny heart shaped ears from construction paper. Glue an ear on each side of the plate, upside down.
Cut small heart shapes using all different colors. Glue on to the ears.
