Supplies:
- Wood Slice Ornaments
- White Paint
- Paint Markers (pink, white, orange, and black)
- Paintbrush
- Twine
Instructions:
Start by painting the wood slices with white. Let dry and then add a second coat.
Once dry, use a black paint marker to draw on coal eyes and a mouth. I think it’s fun to change the expression for each ornament. This can easily be done by adding different eyebrows and mouths for each.
Next, use a pink paint marker to add rosy cheeks.
Then add the carrot nose with an orange paint marker.
Finish the snowman faces by add a small white dot inside the black part of each eye.
If your wood slice ornaments didn’t come with a hanger, loop twine through the top, secured with a knot.
That’s it, the cute handmade snowman ornaments are complete!
These wood slice snowman ornaments would make wonderful family gifts from children or a fun holiday ornament painting tradition!
