For this painting project, I cut a few pieces of yarn- about 2-4 inches each. You could use any kind of thicker string or cooked noodles as well. In a paint palette, I put a dab of different colors and then mixed water with each color. You could also use muffin tins or any kind of small containers. Next, my son dipped the yarn in a color and dragged it across the paper. Do this with all the colors. Remember, there is no right or wrong way to do this- having fun is all that matters!
