Ingredients:
- Wafer Cookies
- White Candy Melts
- Pink Candy Melts
- Chocolate Chips
– Use mini chocolate chips for smaller cookies.
Directions:
You will need a serrated knife to carefully cut the squared corners off of one side of each wafer cookie. It should form a point, creating the pencil’s tip.
Melt the white and pink candy melts according to instructions on the package. Scoop each color into its own sandwich bag. Press the melted chocolate all the way until it reaches the bottom of one of the corners. Use scissors to cut a small tip to allow the chocolate candy melts to slowly flow through.
Use the white melting chocolate to create the triangle pencil tip on a wafer cookie. Quickly place a chocolate chip on the very end with the point facing out.
Next, take the pink melted chocolate bag and trace around the opposite, squared end of the wafer cookie. Make and fill a rectangular shape to create the eraser.
Repeat this process this process for all cookies. Set aside to completely cool before serving.
