Draw an outline of a Christmas Tree onto green construction paper. Cut the tree shape out.
Use a hole puncher to make a hole at the top of tree. Thread a piece of string through and make a loop. Make a knot with the ends.
Cut red and green tissue paper squares. For younger kids who aren’t using scissors, tearing the tissue paper is a fun alternative.
Crumple the tissue paper and glue to the tree.
That’s it! The kids could also add things such as glitter or sequins to fancy it up a bit.
