Handmade Tutus ~ No sew, easy to make!

I think tutus are the cutest thing! I never knew there was a simple, cute version to make until a friend showed me the ones she made for her girls. I made 2 of them for under $12! If you have coupons or discounts, you could make these for even less. All you need is tulle and ribbon and your are set to go. The one in the photo is on my son’s giant monkey (he, he). I made 2 for my friend’s twins birthday later this month. I paired them with fairy wings and magic wands- both fond at a local dollar store. Just do a google search for no sew tutus and you should get plenty of step by step instructions and even video tutorials.
