Snowglobes Made From Baby Food Jars
My little guy accidentally cracked his snowglobe, so I repurposed it into 2 different Baby Food Jar Snowglobes. I attached the little Christmas figurines with Gorilla Glue (I used too much glue and it ended up dripping down and bubbling over). Gorilla Glue is waterproof otherwise, I’ve read that some people use a hot glue gun. I think it looks best when the figurine is glued to the lid, however, the little Santa didn’t fit so I had to glue it to the bottom of the jar instead. I poured the contents of the broken snowglobe into the 2 jars after the glue was completely dry. You could also use distilled water mixed with a drop of white vinegar and glitter. To keep it from being opened by my toddler, I glued the lids on as well. I placed decorative scrapbook paper on the tops of the lids. On one snowglobe, I painted glue around the edge of the lid and sprinkled it with glitter. On the other, I glued ribbon around the edge of the lid.
