Thirst-Quenching Strawberry Blueberry Lemonade Recipe
Looking for a new lemonade recipe to try? This thirst-quenching Strawberry Blueberry Lemonade recipe is perfect for those hot summer days. Even better is that it is a healthier option than other drinks available since it’s homemade and you get to control the amount of sugar (or skip the sugar!).
Hot to make the Strawberry Blueberry Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 5-7 fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and quartered
- 10-15 fresh blueberries, washed
- 2 quarts of lemonade
- ice
Directions:
Puree the strawberries and blueberries. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pieces of fruit left.
Fill two pitchers with ice a quarter of the way.
Pour in the strawberry and blueberry puree to the halfway point.
Add lemonade. the remainder of the way. Stir well to blend.
Serve in individual glasses. You could also garnish the rim with a slice of strawberry or lemon.
