Easy Conversation Heart Caterpillar Card Craft
Supplies:
- conversation heart stickers
- cardstock
- tiny googly eyes
- marker
Instructions:
We purchased the foam conversation heart stickers from Dollar Tree. You can also find them on Amazon here.
Fold a sheet of cardstock or construction paper to form a card.
Place stickers in a row on the front of the card to create the caterpillar’s body. You could use all different colored heart stickers, just one, or create a pattern.
If you do not have conversation heart stickers you can easily make your own. Use regular foam heart stickers that come in a variety of colors and write sayings on them. A quick internet search for conversation heart sayings can help you if you are stuck on what to write. My daughter loves being able to choose her own sayings!
Use a plain foam heart sticker to make the head at one of the ends. Glue on two mini googly eyes and draw a mouth. Use a marker to add legs to the bottoms of the hearts.
If you’d like, add a fun Valentine’s saying to the front of the card. Ask the kids to write a message on the inside.
