Pear Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup of frozen pears (dice a fresh pear and then freeze)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup oats (optional)
Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately as is or top it off with cinnamon and/or granola.
