Madagascar Escape 2 Africa Movie Crafts and Activities:
Cookie Cutter Painting Craft
Our friends wanted to try doing Cookie Cutter Painting. It’s simple to set up and the kids can have fun exploring with very little direction.
I picked out the cookie cutters that were shaped like the animals in the movie and placed paint on paper plates.
The boys stamped them on giant pieces of paper.
Fingerprint Lion and Thumbprint Hippo
They also made thumbprint animals: a lion and a hippo.
ACTIVITIES
My son wore his Madagascar 2 outfit and his friend wore a monkey shirt.
I brought out all his Stuffed Animals(zoo-themed ones of course!).
They attempted to play this Penguin Flipping Game, but the penguins were too hard to flip- they had fun anyway!
FOOD
They ate off Zoo Pals Plates (leftover from his Jungle Safari Birthday Party from last year).
They had hippo-shaped sandwiches, monkey bites(bananas), veggie sticks (chips from Trader Joes), and zoo popcorn.
Visit the Madagascar Escape 2 Africa Website for more movie-related crafts, activities, games, and more.
So cute!!!! What a great idea! Can’t wait for my little one to get bigger so that she will enjoy stuff like this!
